I suppose most of the support on these forums and games are USA based, and probably the reason why some of us have to wait so long for replies. Also, the "daily challenges" sometimes run over the time, because of the Time differences (Yes, I know Bubble Witch is not here, but still King Game) ...
Maybe put a "Clock" of some sort on here for us to see when you are "open" and/or "who's available? "Search" doesn't seem to work all that well on keywords / phrases since people (areas) use different terminology , so it might be helpful when somebody has something to ask, to know somebody is available to answer? (Sorry, my English not that good to explain)
