I love Teams, especially some in my team, but it would maybe be helpful to the teams if the admins have the ability to remind players of the goalposts (how many points needed to get to the next goal) and to remind players to check on the status of the team's progress? Teams are there to be a team and not each for themselves... The more we get to know about how the team progresses, the more (I think) the team will want to win. Encouragement is key.....
