good afternoon, can someone help me? i have been playing candy crush soda for some time, i have already passed level 3000. a few days ago all my challenges, events, games with friends, etc ... i have no option to earn lives, gold bars, boosters .. Anyway, nothing happens with my progress and level changes. Has anyone ever experienced this? thanks!

Some Features are for test. Hence, they are not available for everyone.

Hello @tuti_costa Like @AbhinavSargar said, some features are in a testing phase. But let’s try some tricks as well. Have you updated the game and your device? Sometimes it’s possible that you are unable to play these challenges because you don’t have the latest version of the app or a stable Internet connection, or simply you’re not connected to the Kingdom or Facebook. Clear the cache. And you can try opening the game, logging out of the Kingdom or Facebook, closing the game, turn off your device for 5-10 minutes, restart your device then finally re-opening and connecting again.
