I now have issues with your game Candy Crush Soda Saga. My internet is stable and works fine. Can't log in nor purchase gold bars. Please fix.
Update the game or reinstall the game. You must link your game to Facebook or e-mail to the Kingdom. Sign out of the game and then enter again to ensure that you are connected to a strong and non-wired network, delete the temporary memory of the game, you will lose your boosts often, but you will recover the gold

We're sorry for your problem. It may occur due to many reasons but one of them is if you change your Facebook or Kingdom password without logging out the game, the game app will be corrupted. If you find the image below while connecting game to the server, you can be sure that your game app has been corrupted.
In that case, you must uninstall and reinstall the game app.There is no other way.😭 You will lose all the stored boosters to do this, but will regain your gold bars and game progress.
Let us know if it is a bit different.
I cannot get games to load on wi-fi. My apple app says I am not connected to the internet but I am. The same with android app. I can't get it to work with cellular either. I can play but no boosters and I have not missed a day to play for over 400 days

Cannot claim chocolate box boosters as there is a connection issue. This problem has been for about 2 months. Have tried all permutations of logging off/on and shutting down, even uninstalling! Sadly to no avail.
I would rather have the choc box removed as I sm constantly being asked to 'claim' only to be told time and time again ' connection issue'. This can happen 2/3 times before I can start each game, this takes time and loss of time when using timed boosters!

Have done all suggestions, but still says no internet connection, but there is. What else can I do? Can’t access store to make purchases.
I did as they said and once I uninstalled and reinstalled, then it worked. Back on track!!😃
Look like there is a problem with King server. May have to wait awhile.
Support page to email a problem will not load so I can’t let tech know.
No message on king.com say king.com took too long to load. Android and Apple apps play bout I can see they did not connect to Wi fi or cellular.

I'm glad you shared that. I updated my phone and everything on my end is good. This is frustrating. Hate to uninstall if not fixed.

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
