Points not being added

Hi everyone, I'm new here but I'm on Level 2235. The game says I have earned points but they don't add to the board next to my name. It's only happened since I joined here. Have I missed a link or something?

 Try to log-out then log-in after some minutes or restart your device. Then tell us if there is anything new happening..
