Will the store be made available soon?

I'm at the end of a very good game, with a high score, and need only a couple of moves to win. However, I can't purchase my extra moves because I keep getting a message that the "store is unavailable. Please try again soon." I've tried all afternoon with no success. Naturally, I don't want to refresh my screen because I don't want to lose this excellent game. Thanks for any help.

Very sorry about this but store is having some connection issues lately. Please log out, update your game application, Restart your device and login and see if it helps you.

Sometimes there might be issues when making an in-game purchase. Don’t worry, we can help you fix the problem!

A purchase issue can be caused for very different reasons. In the lines below you can see different scenarios that might be triggering the problem in your transaction.

Transactions are usually delivered instantly, but occasionally, it might take a bit longer.

When there is a delay, the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try purchasing the same item again - it should arrive soon.

In the meantime please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Reboot your mobile device. Reboot your computer If you play on Facebook or King.com
Make sure the Internet connection is working correctly. If possible try another Internet connection – for instance from WiFi to mobile data
Make sure you are logged into your App Store with the same account with which you made your purchase

After you do this, there is a good chance that you got your purchase through and complete.

Log into your King.com account
Click on Settings in the top right corner
Select Payments

Sorry, I think you have reloaded the game. There might be a glitch in the game app. Reload and update should help. If it doesn't then it might be the game app itself. If that is the case only thing to do is wait for the fix from the studio. Say goodbye to the high score.😭

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
