Has anyone had issues with level 3118 freezing

After 2 moves my screen is frozen with 2 candies wiggling because they should have exploded. Is there any way to get the game to continue without closing it and losing the soda bottle boosters?

no with that level. but i had see that problem in my game before. the problem i had was i ran out of free memory. this game wants about 2GB of free mem. try that.

Thanks! But I have plenty of memory available. I closed everything else and the problem is still there. I’m playing on an iPhone if that helps.

@tallieclaypool Hi and welcome. Unfortunately if the game is frozen the only way to get this to restart would be to force close the app. Check your game is up to date after and log out and restart your device. then log back in . To make sure your app is running at optimal .

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps by previous players that I hope this helps? 😊

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

By the way, you can also search it on YouTube or Tips on Google Search that I hope you can follow these tips of how to pass this level without using boosters and extra moves. And maybe it's due to graphics problem.
