This started about a week ago. I don't get to participate in races or Mr toffees fair. I read what I could find on the issue. I've completed over 30 levels since this began in the hopes that it would come back and still nothing.
I recommend to wait for next update. Hopefully there is a fix.🤞🤞🤞
hope that you don't need to reinstall the game ...you will lose all your boosters (I think)
I use iPad, so, I get updates from App Store. To log out of the game, you must know your login password, then go to king symbol button and there should be a place to log out.

Mr. Toffees show my chosen category, but after nothing happen. This start about 1 week ago. I updeted the game (Candy Crush Soda Saga), but nothing change.

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Special Event Problem" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Yes, that is what I see the experts said in other posts. Not google, there should be a help button on the game app. Then you can email player support.
So are you saying the boosters I won playing kimis arcade with gold I purchased with money are gone? Should I contact Google about this then?
You can only recover purchased boosters by contacting player support from your game app. The boosters you won from the game are gone forever. Sorry.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the games. Episode race is back but I lost all my boosters. How do I get them back?
I did all that stuff last week and the episode race still hasn't returned. No episode races means no way to earn gold bars other than paying for them. I need a fix for this.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features (Episode Race OR Mr. Toffee) might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

Mr Toffees is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.

I have a new PC and installed the candy crush soda saga app on the new PC but it fails whenever I try to login to facebook from the game.
