yesterday 9/17 I started experiencing glitches - the game won’t load - stuck on ‘loading’ ad the game also crashed which has rarely happened. Is this due to a recent update?

Same here! For my game app has been crashing for when I must “log in” and “log out” from my account. And I’ll log in again than for these app crashes again! Please fix it!

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)
