As previously stated, the reset procedure had no effect.
The reset did not have any effect.
Same thing happened to me too...just today. I think what I did wrong is I clicked X button too soon. Recommend to wait few seconds after the ads end before you click X.

Please do the standard troubleshooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and see if it helps. If you are playing through a web browser clear cache/history also.
Moreover video ads feature is still in testing phase and studios are still monitoring its progress. Sometimes there are some errors in it.
