OK HERE WE GO AGAIN I PURCHASED THE DIVINE OFFER FOR $99.00 FOR 1000 GOLD BARS. ACCEPTED AND TOLD ME TO ENJOY MY PURCHASED AFTER I CLOSED THAT WINDOW INSTEAD OF GIVING ME FOR LIVES, THE GAME SCREEN WINDOW FREEZES ON ME AGAIN. NOW THERE HAS TO BE AN ANSWER TO THIS SINCE I WAS ALMOST FINISHED WITH THAT LEVEL ROUND AS YOU CAN SEE I AM ON LEVEL 3658 AND I AM FROZEN WHY? THIS HAS HAPPEN TO ME BEFORE, BUT THIS TIME I TOOK AN SNAPSHOT SO YOU ALL COULD SEE THIS. NOW I KNOW IT IS NOT MY COMPUTER AS I HAVE GAMING COMPUTER CYBERPOWERPC WITH 16GB MEMORY SO WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME? DOES ANYONE AT KING HAVE A SOLUTION TO THIS? THANKS

@Judy_Kennedy Hi and welcome, firstly would force close the game and would log out of game and try to clear your browser cache and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

If not then please email Player Support directly from the game.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

and they should help you with this
