Why do we have so many server problems? And it’s not on my end.
@ranchgirl49 Hi and welcome, The game is experiencing a few connection issue's that are being investigated, unfortunately we have no time frame on this so all we can do at present is be patient and make sure we do the standard troubleshooting tips to try to keep the game running as best as possible
Please check your device and game are up to date, If playing via a web browser clear the cache, then log out and restart your device and see if this improves your situation

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
And you make sure don't use Internet Connection while you start playing first then you can Internet Connection that I hope nothing this happens too. 😊
The games get stuck on a loop, won’t load then says am not connected to the server and I know I am cause I can see your ads!
