Hello Soda Crushers! Here are the tips to complete this level.

First break cupcake blockers and liquorice links as many as you can to get more space. Then make lots of special candies and combine special candies to break liquorice locks, more liquorice links, cupcake blockers and to spread jam. Fish candies will fall from special candies cannon, use them to break remaining liquorice locks, more liquorice links, cupcake blockers and to spread more jam. Then spread remaining jam to complete the level.
