I could pass this level without any problem today. Don't know why it didn't let you go to the next section. ๐ Since you don't have any gold bars to get your chef's hat, u can probably request your teammates to spend some to free u. The rewards aren't that great to spend gold bars though.
Aren't your teammates playing? U can let them complete the cake. You should get the reward if they complete it as well.

This is the 2nd report on this issue with "Bake A Cake", for "Soda Squad Teams". Looks like we have a glitch on this level / tier of it. Same screenshot posted at:

I will tag our CM's @Lola_Pop & @LadyRaffie our 2 Superstars @Sukanta_Biswas & @kiara_wael to "Report" it to King Support. The CM's will be here on Mon. the 16th, so will have to wait on them. On the Superstars not sure on their work hours, but they will get back to you on this. Might want to give them the "Device" you use to play the game on.
Looks like you can't get the other "Soda Bottles" to drop in order for the "Bear" to rise to the next level of the game.
Actually, @Marriam1 post below mine, makes more sense. The screen is not moving you to the next stage of the game. Because the "Bear" is at the tube, at the top already.
Happens sometimes on "New Releases" on these Mini / Side Games, be sure to see my post above, gives the info on contacting King Support.
This should help you out.

Hello @Origins7_Dale since i've played this level i can tell you there are no more bottles to collect at the stage he/she is. The glitch is he/she isn't proceeding to the next section where they would find other soda bottles.

But @Marriam1 , I saw you said in the other thread you could pass this level without any problem. Maybe it depends on which devices one use ๐ค. So can you tell us @Marriam1 , @p1nnz and @Whimsie_Kal which device are you playing on? Maybe we can find out where the problem is and report that to the Studio.

Hello @Yosca you got me right; i did pass this level is exactly why i can say there are no more bottles to collect at that stage (from the screenshot posted by the player above).
To answer your second question; i play on an android mobile. ๐

Yes, this is the same glitch that I had earlier. Somehow the bears lineup in the same tube that is when the glitch happened. The second bear just stuck and it is not bottles problem.
