Problem connecting to store

I am trying to connect to the store but I recieve this message when I try to get Premium. ”The chewing gum troll is causing problems in your game”

My Wi-Fi connection is perfect and I succesfully bought a premium segment about a month Aho.

Why doesn’t it work now? The Otter store options doesn’t work either.

@Jayzee70 Hi and welcome, There is a connection issue that is being investigated at ptresent, but please try the standard troubleshooting tips

Check your device and game are up to date and if playing via a web browser clear your cache , then log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

Haha ooh that king chewy causing havoc everywhere. Tell us is if what freddy and aijaz said work, so we see if there are other ways to deal with that issue.
