This event is not available to every player. Selected groups of players are given who are allowed to test it at random. If you are not there, it could work if you don't. Please keep your game up to date, check for updates and clear the cache.

What does it mean to clean the cache? How do I do this?

Where do you play on which device? I have an Android tablet. I go under Tools - Settings- Apps - Apps Notification- find the game and go under Storage and then it says Empty Cache. It's very easy. Every device can be different.
