Recent upgrades

Over the last few days Candy Crush Soda seems to have been upgraded. Some things look different and my screen keeps getting frozen. Last night I got bumped out of my team and today they are back. Is anyone else been having these problems and is it over finally?

Yes, I myself have noticed that certain events (including my Soda Squad team) used to disappear and appear at random times when I'm playing and I've been experiencing this for a couple months now (although about the team I'm no longer sure since I had to reinstall the game and I lost my previous team/progress but I assume it would have still been disappearing randomly since that still happens to most of the events in my game). My map also appears to change from time to time. Last night I have been playing the game noticing that there were no events, but they reappeared when I played again early this morning.

Where exactly does your screen get frozen though? During the levels, the title, or the map?
