My guess is:
30
Explanation:
First Row: 10 + 10 + 10 = 30
Second Row: 5 + 5 + 10 = 20
Third Row: 4 + 4 + 5 = 13
Fourth Row:10 + (5 x 4) = 30 -----> (Answer)

Yes it goes against everything I was taught and believe but here you multiple first then add, which means if your dealing with money that's why so many people are losing their money to these big Corporations, they the Corporations love that because they add then multiple which gives you a much higher number....I am just saying if you would do it that way maybe you all would have more instead of less....but you should always go from left to right when doing MATH.
