hi everyone, recently my dad has traveled outside the country and he gave me his iPad to keep his day streak going. Yesterday I was out all day and I forgot to open the app and lost his 874 day streak. Please tell me there's a way to get them back. please. I can't tell him, his going to be so mad at me and never forgive me. Please someone give me a solution.
@Freddy_Falkner Lucky you..... if i lost my streak in the 500s i think i would probably cry lol.. but now I'm rethinking playing daily seeing the rewards dont even get any better
@LongLeggedVegan your welcome and yes a lot of people are the same seen some people lose 500+ days which cannot be good and thank goodness when lost mine they have only been in double figures.

Your daily bonus has reset to Day 1 but don't worry! You will continue to receive daily rewards the same as before.
The only difference is the number of days in a row your calendar will display.
There are a number of reasons this reset might happen: device updates, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this.
Though your Daily Win progress cannot be restored, rest assured that your actual rewards are unaffected.
You can keep collecting and enjoying your rewards every day!

It is annoying, it can happen through a cleaning program on the PC or through a crash. But bonus is always in the same order. So here you have no losses.
@LongLeggedVegan Hi and welcome, Unfortunately this can happen from time to time , i have had this happen to me on a couple of occasions and we are not sure what causes it. There is nothing that can be done regarding this and all you can do is start you daily log in streak again. You boosters wont be affected and you will still be collecting them daily

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
