Problems with rewards in Candy Crush Saga

Is anyone else not able to receive their rewards for watching selected ads? His has happened repeatedly last week and starting this week. At the beginning of the game I click to get a bonus and a black screen shows up instead of an ad. At the end of the game, to get the extra 5 moves , I click on button to watch the ad and I get a black screen. On RARE occasions it will work. After reaching level 2903, I’m ready to delete this app and find a different game to play. I’ve contacted the “help” desk, but they are of no help.

I'm having the same problem and also my candy crush soda saga friends list will not come up to send and request lives. It is only showing all my friends on facebook.

The game is not loading completely, and I have lost my friends list.

So sorry you are having this issue! Would you be able to tell me what each of your PlayerIDs are, what device you are playing on (Iphone, Android, Windows etc) and if you are in browser or in the app? That would really help me in helping you 🤗

My user ID 1015334550. I am using a lap top and google crome, windows 10. I log into facebook then candy crush soda sage. Mine seems to be working good now, just I believe my friends on the game are the only ones coming up. Other than that it seems pretty good. Thank you
