Windows 10 vs mobile.

The last couple of months King seems to have made it very difficult for CCS players playing on mobile by reducing the moves compared to when the levels were released on Windows 10. Does the same thing happen in CCSS? I prefer playing on mobile instead of laptop, but am finding most of the new levels very difficult. Some needs lots of boosters or extra moves to pass, even if I'm lucky and get a colourball/colorbomb start. But not as easy to check as there aren't many videos of CCSS compared to CCS.
