No, for real. It has everything i like. Don't know what it is called. But, it has Carrots, Celery, Strawberries, Apples, and whatever else i put in it. Very, very good.....

• 1 frozen banana
• 1/2 cup greek yogurt, vanilla or plain
• 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
• 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
• water or liquid for blending

I love everything with pineapple and coconut, so this is the one for me.

Ingredients: pineapple, mango, strawberry, bananas, yogurt, orange juice, and coconut milk.

I'm not sure if this counts as a smoothie but when this begins to melt it's smooth cold and delicious with a little tiny bit of extra
