No way to join a team

 Hello everybody.
 Unfortunately, I have not found a solution to my problem here in the forum.
 Maybe you can help me.
 My son started a team and invited his sister, my wife and me.
 We clicked the invitation link and were part of the team.
 It just doesn't work with my wife. We tried it on the tablet and on the smartphone.
 We do not receive a membership request. However, she has no way of founding or joining a team at all.
 Because there is a teams button. All devices are up-to-date and the iat account is registered.
 It is also at level> 1900. Can you help me somehow? Many Thanks!

I am sorry to hear your wife can’t join a team 😔. If you don’t have the icon “Teams” you won’t be able to join a team. Teams is still in a testing phase so this means not everyone has a certain feature. All she can do is make sure the game and device have the latest updates and hopefully she’ll see Teams in her game soon 🙏🏻
