I started 4 days ago level 230
right now . My game has no events .space jam event no go , cake event nothing , my bf on my team and he gets to play both but mine doesnt pop up .i message support they said i missed it but it has 6 days left ? So how did i miss it and if so why is my bf able to play?first 2 photos are of my game next 2 are his .explain to me why i have nothing ? I really want to play the events as u can see all i can do is soda squad and thats just passing levels and episodes which im good at

I can understand you don’t like it having no events but your friends have 😔. Always make sure you have the latest update from the game app. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

If you don't have a challenge but your friend does, don't worry - you won't be missing out.
At King, we are constantly looking for ways to make our games more fun, interactive and challenging. Whenever we create a new feature, we always like to test it with a small group of players first, to make sure that they like it as much as we do. To do this we always have a randomly selected group of players test the feature and, based on their feedback, decide whether it's something we want to roll out to all our players or not.
Once the testing has taken place, we'll roll it out so more people can play it. However, due to the huge community of our players whom we love, we sometimes have to split it up to make it manageable and accessible. Millions of players in an event at any time is a lot of work, so we split it up into groups so we can keep it running and you have a better chance of accessing it.
We appreciate it may be frustrating if your friends have a feature that you don't, but it's highly likely you'll be getting it very soon and bear in mind that when you do have an event or challenge, it's possible your friends won't have it this time.
Keep an eye out for the latest updates to the game to ensure you benefit from all the new levels and features that we release on a regular basis.

Hi i done all that and i have a 21s ultra so i have plenty of room . I just installed the game as updated it yesterday and still nothing 🙃

As u can see i have plenty of room and no pending updates for soda candy crush . So like i said i dont understand why i dont get to Participate in events

Im not dure i have a samsung galaxy 21s ultra ? Not sure what more u need to know and it shouldnt matter what model or phone i have?

Yes it could matter @Queenjessica69 if you are using an “older” device it could affect your game and to get certain events. New events or features are according to the latest techniques and it may be that a slightly older device does not support this sufficiently.
Since you have the Galaxy S21 it shouldn’t be a problem then. It will then be a matter of time before you get certain events. Unfortunately we cannot change that for you.
All you can do is to make sure you have the latest game update. I can’t make it nicer, sorry. But I do hope you like the game 😊. We have some contests here in the Community where you can win gold. You might like to participate in that:

Lmao well my phone the newest galaxy on market so im sure its not old and should have everything my bf has since were on the same team 🙃 but guess only time can tell but if i dont get something soon ill just kiss this app goodbye no fun in having a game that doesnt let you Participate in games
