I am missing have of the items that should be here ? any help would be appreciated. I have logged out , logged in restarted, I am about ready to give up

I think your game isn’t connected to the servers. Did you clear the cache? That is super important! So the troubleshooting is:log out of the game - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
