We have so so many traditional dishes, Greece is a country of many islands so each island has it's own different flavours to offer. I will post about a dish not many have tried, it's fried flowers of the elderberry tree. Traditional in the Zagoria area. Quite rare, but if you ever get the chance, do try them!
You can eat them with cheese along with ouzo or wine, but they are also served with honey and cinnamon, as a sweet!
or the sweet version:

I think my national dish would have to be fish and chips (with mushy peas) - although, in some areas, it's said to be curry!

Lechon
The lechon is the most invited party guest in the Philippines.
The entire pig is spit-roasted over coals, with the crisp, golden-brown skin served with liver sauce, the most coveted part.
