Click on any icon special for you, for example, click on messages you have and send the link to yourself
If you have stored your phone number on your mobile phone
Or click on Messenger and also send it to yourself or to anyone else you want
After that, go to wherever you sent it to and copy the link

Are you able to select any email app suggested from your device?
For example Outlook app. When you open Outlook app it gets ready to send an email and displays a text to send to somebody. You only need to copy the text (which contains your invite link) and paste it wherever you want without sending an actual email. Copying a text should be easy on all devices, I keep pressing on the text until the "copy" option appears 🙂
Please note that Outlook or any email app might need to be first configured with your personal email address before being able to compose emails
