Are the newest levels made using AI

I ask this because they don't like they were made by a human, like they claim is true in the other 3 Candy Crush games. Most levels just look like random garbled nonsense, not exactly hard, but definitely nonsensical and meaningless. Does Artificial Intelligence (AI) make the levels now? It would explain a lot.

Here is an example? Why is the board like that? It's not even symmetrical.
