My laptop has gone kapput and I want to transfer my games record to my new computer put your various instructions do not work. Any more helpful ideas please ?

    I'm not sure which "various instructions" you're referring to?

    1) If you use a King or Facebook account to save your progress, you can get back to all your levels and gold bars when you log in to your account again on any Soda app. Pretty easy. 😉 Boosters cannot be transferred as they're not saved on King servers but if you purchased items and you couldn't use them you can contact Player Support and ask for a refund.     2) If you didn't use an account on your old device then you lost your progress but don't worry, it can be restored.

    First off, create a King account and then contact Player Support. Explain your situation and tell them your current level so they can manually restore your levels.

    Contact Player Support: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.

    If you don't play on mobile app then contact Support from here and if possible, make sure to also add your game ID so Support can locate your account. Here's how to find your game ID
