Cannot transfer my progress

My Candy Crush Soda is linked to Facebook.

I've followed the transfer guidance, but it keeps failing.

I have seen the advice to use a PC, but I don't have one and don't have access to one.

How can I do it please?

    Let's see what we can do

    Did you submit the same email address of your Facebook account when you tried to create a King account?

    Are you playing other King games beside Soda? Do you use the same Facebook account in them as in Soda or different accounts (e. g a King account)?

    • Can you tell me which device do you use? (make and model)?
    • What is the latest software version (operating system) in your device?
    • What is the latest soda app version you have?
    • Are you able to tell me your game user ID? To find it, open Soda app and visit your profile settings. At the very top you'll see the King logo. Tap on it twice so it will be replaced by a number (your ID) More info here

    Yes, email address enters was the same as that used in Facebook.

    I also play Candy Crush Saga on my phone, which, I think is linked to Facebook.

    My device is a Huawei P20 Lite.

    Operating system is EMUI 9.1.0

    Soda version is 1.211.10

    My user ID is 5091931513
