Interesting!🤔 Perhaps what is meant is a system used in the Community. In any case, we asked about it and the answer was that CMs and Mods cannot influence this 🤷🏼.
You can take a screenshot of your current map which shows that you have reached the end of the levels. You can then post that screenshot in the various milestone threads to be eligible for the badges. So there is no need to scroll back 😉
