- Do you have a King or Facebook account?
- Which platform do you use? Browser or app?
- What device do you play on? Merk and model
- Which version Operating System do you have?
- Which version of the Soda app do you have?
- Can you show me a screenshot of the error? https://www.take-a-screenshot.org
In the meantime please try this: Force close all your apps, turn off all WiFi connections, turn off mobile data, etc. that there is no internet connection. Then try to open the game; the application will tell you that there is no connection. So turn on your internet connection, either data or wifi, but with the game open. See if you can log in.

So if I understand you correctly you have both a King and Facebook account?
Do you see that error when logging in with your King account?
Do you have iOS 15.4.1? And app version 1.216.4?
I really need more info so I can help you:
What model is your iPad?
Did you try this: 👉 Force close all your apps, turn off all WiFi connections, turn off mobile data, etc. that there is no internet connection. Then try to open the game; the application will tell you that there is no connection. So turn on your internet connection, either data or wifi, but with the game open. See if you can log in.
And can you please post a screenshot of the error?
