No sound effects

Hi,

Anyone else not hearing sound effects again?

This happened to me last week too.

I play on my iPad Pro os 15.4.1

Hope they fix the issue permanently.

At the moment this is the first report about this issue. Let's try understanding what's going on in the game 😃

• does it mean the effects sound is sometimes on and off? or has it been totally gone for a week?

Let me know if the problem keeps happening after you apply these steps, it's important information

• check for Soda app update and device update
• check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
• provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
• you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

I can confirm this. I play on both iPad and Android and the sound effects can be heard on Android, but not on iPad 😕. Troubleshooting won’t fix it (in my case)
