The very first tip is to use Sprinkleshell, the turtle. As soon as it is full, click on the color where the blockage must be removed. If it is a blue candy that blocks and you click on blue then Sprinkleshell is fed and you can use it again 😉. Every time you use Sprinkleshell, it won't cost you any moves!

1st section, focus on the middle, to crush the blockers.

2nd section. Hit the jelly cake as often as possible until it explodes, and as a result, the blockers also disappear. Use Sprinkleshell; e.g. in my screenshot choose orange or yellow. It doesn't cost you any moves and you hit the jelly cake 😉

3rd section. Make fish so that they swim to the blockers, or try combining a vertical candy with a fish. As a result, a whole row of blockers can disappear.

4th section. You probably have enough moves left now to let the bears go up. Again, use Sprinkleshell to clear the path for the bears.
