I don't have social hub showing on my game. How do I get this?

If the feature does not appear after trying standard troubleshooting steps, then it's likely that the feature is not available in your game at the moment. It's possible, as usually players may get some features while other players get other features. There's not much else that can be done on your side, unfortunately. Let's hope it'll appear soon!
