I purchased the piggy bank in the game and was charged twice I used a gift card I had $25 and some change now I have 10 and some change I received 100 gold bars for the first one the it said that I had 0 gold bars and charged me again I want a refund for the second charge
Hello @chkennedy I am sorry to hear you had an issue with your purchase. Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions.
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"
