Where did you win them, exactly?
Did you receive a email from King saying you have 50 gold bars waiting to be used by chance? In that case the email refers to the amount of gold bars already available in your game account and the email is reminding you that you could spend them
How many gold bars do you already have in your game, right now?

NOPE!
I have logged in and logged out twice, and also shut down the laptop and turned it back on three times, and there is no Kimmys Cannon, no message, nada.
I will be very angry if this is not corrected, and I had such trouble with the game. I had two repeat levels twice because the site just shut off when i had succeeded and before I was credited with the wrapped candies. I had several levels where I got no credit at all, I ALWAYS had to turn the computer on and off twice before the game wud even appear, and I still won.
I hope this can be sorted out but I have little faith that it will.

Do you play the game on the app installed on your computer, as you have to turn your computer on and off before the game appears? You might try standard troubleshooting:
provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache ->ย not dataย ย that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not dataโ๏ธ)
Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
If you didnโt receive gold bars by Friday, I suggest you contact Player Support ๐
