Can you tell me why I can't ask for lives from my Team please? The heart box on the Team Chat page is greyed out and where I can ask my Friends for and receive requests for lives, I can't Ask My Team for lives.

In Social Hub latest update it's not possible to ask teammates for lives through team chat anymore, I'm sorry.
Lives and boosters can only be requested inside Social Hub feature.
There's the option to befriend teammates and ask them for lives inside Social Hub 🙂
Me too, requesting lives but getting 1 back but helping 32 other users with lives and boosters. Seems unfair ☹️
Why can't I ask team members for a life on Candy Crush Soda? Also, why can't I give lives to friends voluntarily anny more?

Yes, I have the same problem. I can give lives through the chat, but cannot ask for them.
