@Yosca, I spend every summer with my husband in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Most of my children and grandchildren join us there for several weeks. We like to go boating, tubing, hiking, fishing, and relaxing while watching big game and other animals visit around us.

I do not have plans to go on vacation this summer, so this is just my favorite spot. I used to go here very often, but havenโt for a while.
Itโs a lake close to my home.

My favorite day trip is along the New Jersey shore.

Hi @Yosca my husband and I do mini-breaks, one night away as we have cats. We like to stay in our own county of Cornwall, as we are so spoilt for vast coastline around us, there are so many beautiful parts we have never visited. The weekend before last we explored Coverack, Lizard and here where we spent the night - Cadgwith. Beautiful small, quaint and quirky fishing village where the seafood comes straight out of the sea and served the same day.
We had sunshine and heavy showers, and while we we sitting outside under cover there was a huge downpour, and I said to my husband all we need now is a rainbow, minutes later a rainbow appeared, so I had to photograph it, caught a gull in flight too. It wasn't very bright because of the cloud. ๐
