Candy crush soda keeps crashing out numerous times when I’m trying to play the game.
It crashes out on all different screens from opening up the level I’m playing at, opening a video, trying to launch the arcade game for boosters and when it does that and I relaunch candy crush soda I’ve lost the chance to play it as it thinks I already have for that day. Now I can’t access the gum ball machine, just throws me out straight away. I’ve had these issues before and following newer updates of the app it can settle and not happen too often but this time it’s going on for a long time. I’ve more than enough memory for it, playing on iPad Air 1st gen software 12.5. I’ve cleared the cache and done a hard shutdown and restart and it makes no difference. It would be good to know if the game can no longer be played due to iOS no longer being updated. Failing that I’ll probably stop playing it as it’s no longer any fun just frustration as I spend more time reopening the app than anything else ☹️

I am sorry to hear your game keeps crashing 😕
We've previously had reports from iPad air 1 users experiencing issues with the game. Unfortunately, this is probably related to your operating system, as the current iOS is 15.5 and I understood from another player that iPad air 1 can be updated to max iOS 12.5
If possible you could try the game on a newer device, hopefully it won't crash. Please make sure you have saved the game and then log in with the same game credentials. You will then find your gold and progress (not boosters, they are stored in your phone's memory).
Since you are using iOS device make a backup to iCloud when you start using a new iOS device. You can then restore your game using iCloud, and find your progress, gold and most likely your boosters.😉

Candy Crush Soda..
My game keeps crashing exactly like how the previous poster described.. I play on my Samsung phone and tablet, it happens on both of them.. There's been numerous times that I've only needed to make one or two moves to win the round only to have my screen end up going totally black... I really hope that this gets fixed because I'm in the 7,000's level of the game...

Sorry to hear this. Please try the troubleshooting:
provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game -
clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters -
power off your device for at least 1 minute -
restart your device -
check for game and device updates -
log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
If the problem persists, what is the model of your Samsung tablet and Samsung phone? What android version do you have?

For the past 2 months I have had nothing but problems with this game I am having the same issues with mine I have done everything recommended and it's still shutting down in my last move and I'm paying alot of money to play this game and keep my streaks but im continually shutting down and loosing progress and play purchases I really love this game and would hate to have to delete it permanently off my phone PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES
