    Hello @Gchrider I suggest to contact Player Support. Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device.  That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:

    - Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear

    - Tap on the ? mark

    - Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars

    -  Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

    - Scroll down to the bottom and tap  "Contact Us"

  • The only problem is,

    1. The amount of Gold Bars charged varies per level, so you don't know the cost ahead time, 4 bars for everything was reasonable. 2. The games got waaaaay harder guaranteeing the need to use Gold Bars. 3. The prizes/rewards stayed the same. Whoever thought this boondoggle up (I can't use the words I want to), should be hanging their head and scuffing their toe a mite. Like many other users I also will not be spending any more money here. Level 10286.

    You nailed it. The last time I did the arcade, I successfully beat 9 levels. Thinking the charge for the 10th would be like a first loss, I still worked hard to beat it. Missed by one square and they "charge" 59 GOLD BARS. I refused to pay. That is when I issues my complaint here. Seriously will NOT use the arcade again until the greed stops.

  • Hi Judy, you just have to wonder whose kids we are putting through college. Not a well thought out maneuver. I did speak to the help desk twice and was told it can't be fixed immediately. I am maxed out on levels and cannot compete on any special events since only NEW games count. I have been after them for 3 months now to allow repeat of levels, so I am not holding my breathe. They still try for money though even if I am at the last level added on Friday (45 levels).

    It's hardly more enjoyable to play the arcade when it costs more gold bars to pass a level when stuck AND all to just get stripped candy as a reward over and over and over, or 5 minutes of wrapped candy. Where are the real rewards we used to get to like stripped lollies or gold bars?!

    For your players that don’t know how you changed the gold bar cost it is not fair. Can’t believe you made such a drastic change without warning. That’s just being sadistic. Just plain mean. Guess you just don’t appreciate your loyal players. Just plain mean.👺👺👺

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
