You watch a video ad and receive a fish, a bomb or something to help along the way. Why don't I get ads for rewards anymore. I'll be quitting this game, I've been playing for at least 15 years or more, it's not fair that you took them away after all the time I've been playing.
I've replied to no avail thus far. Please advise
I forgot to say, even the extra ad plays are normally not enough to win either. This is supposed to be fun and relaxing but now it’s not so much that way. I’ve read other players quit playing for the same reason. If it takes 5 hits a piece to get rid of a tile & there are only 30-35 plays with 20 something or more tiles, you’re not going to win without getting some help with extra plays. If you buy (for example ) 30 plays with your gold bars and you only use 10 of those on a game, they take the rest instead of banking them. No bueno!!
Every time I play a hard level, my game conveniently crashes. I’ve done all the recommendations, update phone and game, restart phone, plenty of extra space on phone. I turn this in over and over to no avail. I now think it’s done on purpose. They want people to buy the extra plays I normally cannot win with the allotted plays, usually need the extra 5 from watching annoying ads. I thought this was supposed to be your free game, now I’m pretty sure it’s not.
I've not been able to get extra plays at the end of levels, nor have I been able to get hearts
Every time I play a video add, it either freezes and cuts out, or it plays and when I “X” out of it, the screen goes black and I have to reset the game in order to play. At that point, I lose time on my free play and I don’t get the rewards.
