Black sceen

Can anyone tell me why my screen goes black when watching adds for boosters or extra moves, can not get out of the black screen have to get out if game and start again..very frustrating.

When viewing the ads, make sure that you don't close the ad before it ends as it may cause problems like freeze, black screen, etc.

Also check if your Internet connectivity is stable and check if the game needs to be updated.

I’m having the same problem tried everything mentioned but seems to be getting worse.
