If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If the problem still persists after troubleshooting then best option is contacting Player Support directly from your game app as they retrieve gaming infos from your app and can tell you if there's an issue going on, even at weekends.
I'm not able to investigate and ask community manager if something is going on in the game at weekends, I'm not a King employee 🙂
