I recently installed a newer version of Windows and reinstalled the game from the App store to my PC. I then logged into my King account, changed the password and now cannot get into my game on the app. Need help. Thanks.

that's strange. Did you try to restart your computer and log in again?
If you're 100% sure that credentials are correct and you don't see the error above that makes Soda app be offline, then the options would be:
