Windows 10 Screen locks up when you win a round

Kimi shows up in celebration mode and covers the entire screen, in the background you can see the celebration and that you've been returned to the main screen, but graphic cause the screen to freeze. I wasn't saving bears with any of the 3 levels I won: 1588, 1589, and 1590.

This is still a problem. Resetting the app in Windows 10 does nothing more than delete power-ups. I have retained my team and my place in the progress (now level 1598). Win a level, the graphic above displays and behind it you can see all the awards and points being awarded, but the graphic blocks game progress. The only way to continue is to exit the app. The result is the same whether in full screen or reduced screen mode.

Fixed! Reset the app in Windows settings. Login using email credentials to make any changes to profile info. Shut down the computer. Start up the computer. Thanks for no attention to this problem.
