    there's no issue in Soda that the community is aware of at the moment

    Did you try troubleshooting steps to see if it helps?

    • Do you read a connection error ("there was a connection errror, try again in a bit") when you visit profile settings in soda app? Let me know if yes or no

    If you don't see it, please go ahead and:

    • check for Soda and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
    • you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

    *it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.

    If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

    If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

    Unfortunately it's not possible to get in touch with community manager as usual because winter holidays are ongoing.

    if troubleshooting doesn't help then next option is contacting King Player Support directly from your app to notify them which you already did πŸ™‚

  • Hi Pitty Kitty, the issue after 5 hours has been resolved. The issue is definitely in the CCSS and CCS stores, after 5 hours I had the idea of looking up my Microsoft Account. Same info as is on the CCSS and CSS games, BUT, I entered it in the Microsoft Store billing and it worked okay. Once entered there it worked in both CCSS, and CSS stores (I had tried it in both stores just before going directly into the Microsoft Store billing information. Weird, maybe you can store the answer and help someone else. I have seen identical problems from time to time about every 6 months.
