Thank you so much for your patience while we investigated this. After a thorough search in our system, I can confirm that on our side, we havenβt detected an issue. There is a specific reason why this has happened: it appears that you have played the Champion Race on multiple devices, where you won the race in one of them and lost in the other. This has caused the problem.
We do recommend playing competitive events using one account on one device, to avoid situations like this one.
Not to worry though β as a sign of goodwill, we are crediting you with: 50 Gold Bars that will be visible in your game account shortly. If this happens again in the future please keep the above in mind when you are crushing those candies π

Hi, that's correct. I took part in the weekly contests 3 weeks in a row and won the 1st prize and badge on 19 Dec 2022, won the 1st prize and 2nd badge on 26 Dec 2022 and won the contest on 2 Jan 2023 but I did not get the Championship Streak prize of the 12 h life and boosters. Would you be so kind to describe what happened in your own words so I can forward that as well?
you took part in one weekly contest (first week) and won the contest= you got 1st prize and first 1 badge. Is that correct?
you took part in the next weekly contest (second week) and won the contest= you got 1st prize and second badge. Is that correct?
you took part in the next weekly contest (third week) and won the contest= you got 1st prize but you did not get third badge nor the championship streak prize. Is that correct?
you took part in 3 weekly contests 3 weeks in a row, is that correct?

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply. I opened the app yesterday immediately after the Championship Streak, expecting to get the 12 h free life and other boosters but I was disappointed that after completing one level, the message shows that the board has restarted with no prize given after the 3-week Championship Streak. I launched Soda app after the weekly contest but before the other events ended. I had no problem receiving the prizes previously. Thanks for your kind attention on this matter.
Also, these would be helpuful infos for the investigation- which device do you use to play Soda (make and model)?

I have a question for you, do you recall when you first opened the app and if you got only rewards from other events instead yesterday? For example , did you take part in Kimmy's yellow candies hunt last week and launch Soda app yesterday after after Kimmy event ended to claim those rewards? Or did you launch Soda app after weekly contest ended but before other events (Kimmy's event) ended?

Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?β¦
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadnβt played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadnβt played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
