What is it with the levels??

What's up with the levels in this game? I've been stuck on the same level for three, or maybe four weeks now... and IF and when I do pass a level, it's just the same on the next one. There's no idea of joining a contest or a team anymore, 'cause of this
Have ben playing on an off for a lot of years, but now I'm serious on stop playing CCSS.

No somewhere in the middle, 5511 and that's an "easy" level. But that doesn't matter anymore either
