Checking troubleshooting steps to make sure the game is in good conditions is a good thing to do. πIf features don't appear when you play levels then it means they're not available at the moment and this is something players cannot change.
Soda Studio distributes features to different groups of players so it's possible that Social Hub is currently not available in your game. It may become active in the future when events rotate among players or maybe this means another feature is available in your game instead. More infos here
